Uptick in Central Oregon Commercial Real Estate

The first two quarters of 2011 are shaping up nicely in Central Oregon commercial real estate. Leases are being written (did you see that Sears came to downtown Redmond!), properties are being sold (Big Country RV purchased five acres on south Hwy. 97) and drops in prices of properties for sale are being well regarded now by buyers. There are offers in on several properties right now that will be disclosed once they close, but the good news is there are more and more folks looking to Redmond and Central Oregon as a smart place to build a business or invest in real estate.
